You’ve selected a brand-new air conditioning system and you are ready to prepare for installation. So, what will you encounter at the installation appointment?
First, there is some prep work you can do ahead of time to ensure the installation appointment goes well. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be situated is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t experience obstacles when transporting the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the yard of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.
If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or located in a separate area to be sure it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.
One benefit of working with Olde Towne Heating & Air on your air conditioning installation is that our technicians will take the time to walk you through your new system. You can ask as many questions as you want while our technician installs your system. We realize how large of an investment this is and how important the air conditioner is to your home comfort. Once the system is installed, the technician will conduct testing to make sure it’s running correctly. We’ll share all the features of your new system and include recommendations on how to reach the optimum efficiency.
While the technician will review the features, we advocate that you take the time to look through the owner’s manual to become more familiar with your new HVAC system. And place your manual in a safe place for future reference.
We’re always here for you, whether you have questions about your air conditioner after it has been installed or you simply need to schedule routine maintenance to make sure it continues to run efficiently–you can count on us.
